This yummy Maple nut granola is a combination of oats flakes, flaked coconut chips, and raw nuts like almonds, pecans, and sunflower seeds. To enhance the flavor. I have used maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Ingredients:
6 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (large flake)
2 to 3 loosely packed cups of flaked coconut chips
3 to 4 cups assorted raw nuts (e.g., cashews, pecans, almonds, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup pure maple syrup
2/3 cup vegetable oil1
